Phander Lake

Phander, popularly known by its picturesque lake of same name, is one of most interesting place in the district. It is well connected by well surfaced road with Gilgit and by a truck-able road to Shandur Pass and onwards to Chitral. A leisure day at Phander with fishing in the lake is ideal for holiday makers. Phander has reasonable accommodation facility for tourists. Teru is a small place where there is a TFC.
